BEQUEST PROVISION IN YOUR WILL OR LIVING TRUST
You may provide a future gift to Marycrest Manor, Inc., by including a provision for same in your will or revocable trust.

SAMPLE BEQUEST PROVISIONS
GIFT TO BE USED FOR GENERAL PURPOSES:
I give to Marycrest Manor, Inc., a non-profit 501 (C)(3) corporation, located at 15475 Middlebelt Rd., Livonia, Michigan, the sum of * for its general purposes (or you may state a specific purpose).
(* In lieu of a dollar amount you may state a percentage of your estate, or a description of specific property you wish to give, such as shares of corporate stock, real estate, jewelry, etc.)

Or, one may make a residuary bequest which gifts the remainder of the estate after all other bequests have been paid, as follows:
All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, I give to Marycrest Manor, Inc., a non-profit 501 (C)(3) corporation, located at 15475 Middlebelt Rd., Livonia, Michigan, for its general purposes (or you may state a specific purpose).

NOTE: A bequest from a will, or a trust distribution, to a nonಯfit 501 (C)(3) corporation, such as Marycrest Manor, Inc., is normally fully deductible for federal estate tax purposes, and state inheritance taxes. Please consult with your legal and/or tax advisors.
